- With over 25 years commercial property experience throughout the Midlands, Bill was formerly a partner of Oliver Liggins and formed Wareing & Company in 2000.
- Andrew Wall, MRICS
- Also with 25 years experience within the Warwickshire property market. Andrew was formerly a senior surveyor at Peter Bromwich & Company and has been in business with Bill Wareing for 14 years.
- Mark Thompson, MRICS
- Mark has worked in the local market since 1986 and has been with Wareing & Company since 2002. Particular experience has been gained in agency and acquisition work.
